The city of Makati is one of the busiest business districts of Luzon. This is where a lot of offices and leisure centers decided to do business and is home of some of the tallest skyscrapers in the archipelago of the Philippines. This is why most ex-pats and potential investors in the country have decided to look for plush and swank condo residences within the vicinity so that they don’t need to be far from their own respective business or work.

Makati is home to a lot of things to a lot of people. It is also the home of the Philippine Stock Exchange tower where most of the foreign exchange and other money matters are being handled. Several international banks are also stationed exclusively in Makati City as well as some embassies as well. This is why up until this day Makati is one of the hottest selling real estate areas.
