Where to find the perfect condo to stay is the common question that tourists and expats ask when traveling to the Philippines.  The tourism in the Philippines is always booming and thriving thanks to the many sights and sounds of that can seen and encountered in the country. While some foreign tourists stay only for a week a month or less, there are some tourists who fall in love completely with the tropical island getaway that they decide to stay permanently.

These men and women find love, business and live a blissful life and are still enjoying the wonders that Philippines have to offer. While there are still people who prefer to lease or rent a hotel suite indefinitely, there are still others who are more practical and tend to look for grand and inexpensive condo for rent.

According to a recent study from the Department of Foreign Affairs, while there are a lot of expats that take up residence in provinces and other rural areas near beaches and other tourist destinations outside Manila and the island of Luzon. Majority of tourists who take up permanent residences in the country’s National Capital Region prefer meanwhile to live in the major financial and leisure districts in the country such as Greenhills, Ortigas and the most popular, Makati City. Makati in itself s a great place to live in or to rent condos since it holds a lot of great places to visit such as the historic Ayala Museum.

Makati City is also a great place for leisure as it holds some of the best shopping centers and malls in the country including the Greenbelt Mall as well as Glorietta. Several hotels are also placed in the vicinity. The city is also home to many fantastic bars and spas and other recreational venues. Finally, nestled in Makati is a strong financial district and some of the tallest office spaces for various types of works including the thriving call center or BPO industry.
